On March 5, 2019, WYBA received a determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service confirming that we are now exempt from Federal Tax under IRC 501 (c) (3). As such, future donors can deduct contributions they make to WYBA under IRC Section 170. Contact us for further information including our W9 form.
